Last night I was on the phone with a dear friend who is always up to date on the news. In the course of our conversation, she asked me if I was worried about AI, and proceeded to tell me about the massive amounts of energy required to generate AI and the huge cooling stations that are being built to support it.
I’d vaguely read about that, and as usual, talking to this friend made me panicky. I love this friend but we tend to pay attention to different things and to have very different outlooks on the world.
Within the spiritual community, there is a lot of buzz about using AI to channel. Though I haven’t watched any videos or read much about it in-depth, several teachers and experiencers I follow have shared about how much they’ve loved channeling with AI. Another teacher spoke about the dangers of using AI to channel.
As you may have expected, I’m thinking about this and have some thoughts. First, if you use AI to channel, that is cool. I’m happy for anyone to use whatever works for them, and I can see the benefit. I have dear friends that have done this and of course I love them, so please do what feels right for you. And yes, I’ve tried it. Honestly, it’s fun and easy and that is always nice.
That being said, here’s why I channel through my own energy and not the computer.
The spiritual experience I had, the light-filled one that changed my life and heart completely, came from God, and was filled with a Love that was beyond Love. This Love was deeply transformative. It shifted my entire orientation to myself and my life, and healed me at a cellular level.
When I channel, bring through messages, and provide sessions for others, I bring through that same energy, that same light. Often just the opening visualization will bring my clients to tears because of all the Love they feel coming through. It even brings me to tears, and I do this all the time!
While the words that come through in a session are often meaningful for my clients, the energy matters more. The presence of Love shifts, heals, and changes them.
That is something a computer cannot do.
Computers can have beautiful words. AI can have a lot of answers to our questions and can help us resolve them mentally, but it cannot bring us into the state of Love that the Creator can. It cannot heal us into wholeness like the Light energy I bring through in my sessions can.
That is why I don’t channel with AI. And yes, I’ve aksed it questions. It really is fun, but it has a limit. ChatGPT, a computer programmer friend told me, is just the aggregate of all the information present on the internet. So yes, it may have wise answers, but it is just pulling from every internet source out there, not from Source.
However, I do believe and teach that angels and God can work through whatever medium we are comfortable with. I’ve personally seen and heard so many stories about electronics glitching to let us know a loved one is near, and I don’t doubt that our unseen helpers can manipulate the words on a computer to get a message across, and I’m confident many of those messages may be helpful.
But to me, it just takes me into a state of mental overwhelm to sit and ask so many questions from AI that often seem to end up having the same answer. Using AI in that way brings me more deeply into my mind and further from my centered heart.
Healing and bringing through messages from the space of love I experienced in my STE not only provides answers that make sense mentally, they make sense in my heart. They heal and balance my energy in a very present way, no intermediary required. The only thing that’s required is an open heart.
I’d love to hear what you think. Do you channel with AI? Have you? Do you find it helpful? Would you prefer not to? Let me know what you think. Love y’all and have a beautiful weekend!
I would never use AI to channel. It's violent towards the Earth. Anyone who is truly in touch with Spirit doesn't fuck with Mama Earth. IMHO, anyone who uses AI to channel is a scammer. They were always scamming, they just found a new vehicle with which to do it.
When I write, I use a tool called pro writing aid to check my grammar and spelling. Sometimes, it wants to give me suggestions and rewrite sentences into a format it appreciates. The funny thing is, its translation has nothing to do with what I said. I don’t think AI is anywhere near understanding the way our complicated minds work or our process trying to communicate our thoughts. AI could never write a human life, but God does it billions of times over. Asking AI for wisdom is kind of like that old eight ball we had when we were kids that you asked a question and then shook it and it gave you an answer in the little white dot. it’s just more advanced now. It still has a long way to go and we always have to remember it was man-made not God made. Once it gains consciousness, the conversation should definitely be revisited! Thanks for posting Rebecca.
